Generate a QR code for student verification 

Steps:

1. Enter the student's name in the "Student Name" field.

2. Enter the student's ID in the "Student ID" field.

3. Select the course from the drop-down list.

4. Click the "Generate QR Code" button.

5. The QR code will be generated below the form with the student's name, ID, and course information embedded in it.
