Terms and Conditions for Refunds and Cancellations
Welcome to IndEdu Consultancy. We are committed to providing quality education services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations before using our services.
1. Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing through email to indeduhub@gmail.com or by contacting us at +91-8191911113.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of payment will be eligible for a full refund.
For cancellations made after 24 hours but before the start of the service, an administrative charge of 10% of the total fee will apply.
No cancellations will be entertained once the service has commenced or the admission process has been initiated.
2. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days from the approval date.
In case of technical issues on the website or overbilling, you are requested to raise the complaint within 48 hours.
Refunds for services not availed due to client-side delays or lack of documentation will not be entertained.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as service unavailability from our end), a 100% refund will be issued.
3. Changes to Services and Policies
IndEdu Consultancy reserves the right to modify the terms, services, or refund policy at any time without prior notice.
It is the client’s responsibility to regularly review the refund and cancellation policies for updates.
