Steps for Karnataka NEET 2024 Counselling

Step 1: Registration

To participate in the Karnataka NEET 2024 counselling, you need to register on the official KEA website. Here’s how:

1. Visit the Official Website: Select ‘UGET-2024 Online Registration’ and enter your details such as name, contact information, category, education details, and date of birth. Once completed, an application ID and password will be sent to your registered mobile number.

2. Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-sized photograph, your signature, and a thumb impression (left hand).

3. Pay the Registration Fee: Fees can be paid online using credit/debit cards or net banking. You can also pay offline by downloading and submitting a bank challan.
   Registration fees are as follows:

   • NRI/OCI/PIO/Foreign nationals: INR 5,500

   • General/2A/2B/3A/3B: INR 2,500

   • SC/ST/Cat-I/PWD: INR 500

4. Print the Application: Save and print the completed application form for your records.

Step 2: Document Verification

KEA will release a list of registered candidates along with a schedule for offline document verification. Candidates must bring original documents and self-attested copies to the verification centre. An acknowledgment slip and a secret key will be issued upon successful verification.

There is no limit to the number of choices you can enter. Ensure your choices are finalized by the last day of the option entry schedule as these will be frozen and considered for seat allotment.

Step 4: Seat Allotment

KEA will publish seat allotment lists based on the candidates' merit and their choices. If you are allotted a seat, confirm your acceptance on the KEA website, pay the required fee, and download the admission order.

Step 5: Reporting

After downloading the admission order, report to the allocated institute with all necessary documents for completing the admission process.
