Generate a QR code for employee verification

Steps to use:

1. Enter the employee name, employee ID, and department in the respective input fields.

2. Click on the "Generate QR Code" button.

3. The QR code for the employee verification will be displayed below the button.

4. You can scan the QR code using a QR code scanner to verify the employee details.
